The menu of our restaurant in Massarosa is inspired by the most authentic local culinary tradition. It has been designed to allow every guest to experience a tasting of Tuscan products and recipes from the Lucca region, which have contributed to the worldwide recognition of Florentine and Tuscan culinary excellence.
All dishes are made with local, fresh, and genuine ingredients, derived from cultivations and farms where the commitment to preserving the true flavours of the past is still upheld, employing traditional farming and breeding techniques.
The menu wouldn't be complete without farro, the oldest cereal that has reached us and the true king of the tables in the Lucca area. Additionally, the menu features appetizing legume and vegetable soups, traditional Florentine tortelli with a flavourful filling of meat ragù.
The star of the show is meat, such as sliced beef or Florentine steak, but there is also room for fish dishes, like the excellent cod with chickpeas.
